Ticket sales on UMscope Ticket are final. You can't get a refund because you changed your mind or can't attend, unless the organiser allowed cancellations for that event (section 3). The cases below are the exceptions.
Organisers can choose to let buyers cancel their tickets up to a date they set. If the event you booked allows this, you can cancel before that date and the organiser's cancellation terms on the event page apply. After that date, the general rule applies.
If an event is postponed, moved or changed, your ticket stays valid for the new date or venue. If you can't make the new arrangement, contact the organiser; any refund in that case is the organiser's decision, and we will process it if they approve it. We are not responsible for changes the organiser makes, or for tickets that go unused.
Email support@umscopeticket.com within 10 business days of the event date, or of the transaction for duplicate charges and payment errors. Please include:
Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Paystack. We aim to approve or decline a request within 5 business days of receiving everything we need. After that, your bank may take a few more business days to show the money.
Cash gifts go straight to the organiser, so they can't be refunded by UMscope except for duplicate charges or payment errors, which are handled as in section 2. For anything else, please speak to the organiser.
If you cancel an event, you must refund your buyers, and we may refund them from your wallet balance or future payouts. See the organiser section of our Terms & Conditions.
