Get paid in Naira
Buyers pay securely through Paystack. Each sale is credited to your UMscope wallet, and you withdraw to your Nigerian bank account whenever you're ready.
There's no setup or monthly fee. UMscope charges a small service fee per order, from 3.5%, and you choose who pays it: add it on top for the buyer, or cover it yourself so buyers pay the ticket price only.
Run the gate without stress
Every ticket has a QR code. Scan it from the dashboard, or send your gate staff a check-in-only link: they can scan tickets for your event and nothing else, with no access to your sales or payouts. Duplicate or unpaid tickets are caught straight away.

Public events are listed on UMscope's Discover page and on our city pages, like events in Lagos and Abuja, so new buyers can find you. You can also email everyone who has a ticket with updates, reminders and venue changes.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to sell tickets on UMscope Ticket?
Creating an account and an event is free. We charge a service fee of 3.5% per order on the Free plan (4% on Basic, 4.5% + ₦50 on Enterprise, which include extra promotion). Free tickets have no fee.
Who pays the service fee?
You decide per event. By default it's added at checkout for the buyer, or you can choose to cover it so buyers pay exactly the ticket price.
How do I receive my money?
Sales are credited to your UMscope wallet. Add your Nigerian bank account (checked with Paystack) and request a withdrawal from your dashboard.
Can I sell early-bird tickets?
Yes. Give a ticket type a sale start and end date and time; it sells only within that window and shows buyers when it opens or ends.
Can my volunteers check guests in without my login?
Yes. Add them as staff and send each one a check-in link. It only scans tickets for that event and stops working the day after.
