Wedding RSVPs and digital invitations

Design your invite, share one RSVP link or send personal invitations, and know exactly who's coming. Every guest who says yes gets a QR pass for the gate.

Invitations your guests will remember

Choose an invitation design (save the date, soirée, party or match day), set your colours and wording, add your photo and dress code. Guests open it on their phone, and it saves as an image to share.

RSVPs without the spreadsheet

  • One shareable RSVP link for WhatsApp groups, or a personal link per guest
  • Plus-ones: set how many people each guest can bring
  • Your own questions, like meal choice or which side of the family
  • An RSVP deadline, after which the link closes
  • Upload your guest list from a CSV file and email invites in one go
  • See who's coming, who declined and who hasn't replied

A QR pass for every guest

When a guest RSVPs yes, they get a personal QR pass by email that admits their whole party. At the venue, your ushers scan passes from their phones with a check-in link, and partial parties are tracked: "2 of 4 in".

Cash gifts and a registry

Turn on cash gifts so guests can send money straight to your wallet, and list registry items that guests can claim so nobody buys the same thing twice.

Frequently asked questions

Is the wedding RSVP free?

Creating a private event, designing the invite and collecting RSVPs is free. Cash gifts go through Paystack.

Can guests RSVP without an account?

Yes. Guests only need the link; they enter their name and email and get their pass by email.

Does it work for other celebrations?

Yes: birthdays, introductions and engagements, naming ceremonies, anniversaries, end-of-year parties and sports days.

Can ushers check guests in without my login?

Yes. Add them as check-in staff and they get a link that only scans passes for your event.
